Minneapolis, Hennepin County (trfnews.i234.me) — Two teenagers, Ryan Lewis Saice-Roy (17) and Quayzhon Demetrius Lewis (19), have been formally charged in connection with the execution-style murder of Roberto Julian Manzano-Gomez, a 31-year-old man gunned down in Minneapolis on February 6, 2025.

Authorities say the graphic killing was caught on surveillance video, capturing the moment the teens and two others encircled and shot Manzano-Gomez at close range, firing multiple rounds from at least two firearms. The incident took place near the 2400 block of 18th Avenue South around 8:54 p.m., where police found the victim lying in the snow with seven gunshot wounds. He later died at Hennepin County Medical Center.

Surveillance footage and cell phone data show the suspects leaving from and returning to Saice-Roy’s residence on Bloomington Avenue. A blue hoodie seen on surveillance footage was later recovered during a search of Saice-Roy’s home. Lewis was arrested outside during the operation.

Investigators say that just five days later, the same group was involved in a violent spree that left two men shot and another robbed. Ballistic tests linked shell casings from that incident to the same guns used in the Manzano-Gomez murder, solidifying the connection.

Quayzhon Lewis pleaded guilty in April to felony threats of violence related to the Feb. 11 spree and was released from jail on May 15. However, the murder charge was filed the next day, May 16.

Saice-Roy remains in custody, now facing charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder for shooting another man during the Feb. 11 spree—a man who was shot in the jaw after looking out his window.

Authorities confirmed that Joseph Goodwin, another 17-year-old suspect linked to both incidents, was killed in an unrelated shooting on April 29. A fourth alleged accomplice has not yet been charged.
