MINNEAPOLIS (trfnews.i234.me) – Minneapolis police are investigating a tragic shooting in downtown that left two men dead and three women injured early Saturday morning. Officers responding to a fight near 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue just before 2 a.m. heard gunshots and found five people shot. Two men, ages 20 and 21, died at the hospital, while the three women, aged 16, 17, and in their 20s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
One person has been arrested for a “Probable Cause Riot.” Chief O’Hara vowed to enhance safety efforts with increased patrols, including officers on horseback.
