Milnor, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A wild and dangerous Friday night unfolded in Milnor, North Dakota, ending in multiple felony charges for Eric Dean Johnson.

According to court documents, the chaos began when Johnson allegedly fired an AK-47 rifle at his former roommate, who was parked near Johnson’s house. He then allegedly chased the victim in a stolen $50,000 Acura sports car, hitting the victim’s car, which caused it to veer off the road near 141st Ave and 75th St. Johnson also crashed briefly before returning home.

After a phone conversation, Johnson surrendered peacefully and admitted to shooting at the victim. Authorities found a bullet hole in the victim’s vehicle and a shell casing inside the stolen Acura located at Johnson’s home.

Johnson now faces felony charges of:

  • Theft over $50,000

  • Aggravated assault

  • Reckless endangerment

He also faces misdemeanors for:

  • Leaving the scene of an accident

  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

No motive has been disclosed.
