Clay County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Jamie Ray Frazee of Perham, Minnesota, showed little respect for law enforcement during a dramatic encounter on March 24th.
According to court documents, a Minnesota State Trooper assisting Moorhead Police with a medical call spotted Frazee driving by. His license plate triggered an alert for an active warrant. When the trooper tried to stop him, Frazee accelerated and boldly gave the trooper the middle finger.
Due to safety concerns, the trooper called off the pursuit on Highway 10 but radioed ahead. Frazee eventually pulled over for the Dilworth Police Chief and was taken into custody without incident. He’s now formally charged with felony fleeing.
