Tip reported before the stop
According to court documents, Max Tribal Police received a tip on January 29.
The tip said Hagerty would be traveling through the reservation area.
The tip also claimed she was carrying a large amount of meth.
A Crow Wing County deputy later stopped her near the Grand Casino Max, the filing says.
During the stop, officers allegedly found more than 180 grams of meth.
