Matt Boldy Plays Overtime Hero Against Toronto – Wilderness Walk

That’s Wild

With the game deadlocked at one goal each, the Minnesota Wild and the visiting Toronto Maple Leafs headed to overtime on Sunday evening. To win the game, all it took was some supernatural effort from Jared Spurgeon in overtime to then feed Matt Boldy his game winner.

The Wild are now 8-1-2 after this latest victory and if it wasn’t for the dastardly Winnipeg Jets who are near perfect to start their season, with an 11-1-0 record, the Wild would be sitting on top of the Western Conference.
