Oakes, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A federal drug investigation spanning North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and beyond has resulted in nine arrests tied to a massive meth distribution conspiracy operating from 2020 through May 2025.
The suspects include:
Ricardo Jaquez, Israel David Flores, Michelle Lee Fuller, Jose Manuel Jaquez (aka Cash), Jacob Edward Lamber, Ashley Marie Bleecker, Alfredo Hernandez Jaquez (aka Freddy), Wesley Wayne Tolleson, and Jason Leonard Gulden.
Authorities say the group distributed at least 500 grams of methamphetamine using social media, WhatsApp, and threats of violence. According to court filings, Ricardo Jaquez (arrested in Oakes, ND) was the ringleader, coordinating operations across ND, MN, SD, Western TX, and other areas.
Arrests occurred in Saint Johns, ND; Aberdeen, SD; Audubon, MN; and Wells, MN. While initial detention hearings have taken place, no future court dates have been set.
