I don't live in neche but I know some people that do. Apparently the lawnmower guy was driving in circles in front of this guys house deliberately aggravating him. And when he came out to see what was going on he swerved at him and basically drove over his foot. Interesting how the lawnmower guy is so innocent once he gets hurt but such a deliberate jerk before. I sure hope the mower dude gets charged too as he started it.
