MARSHALL COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Warren, Minnesota man has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct after being charged with sex crimes involving a child under the age of 13. Seth Lawrence Solberg faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted. The charges stem from an incident reported to Polk County Social Services in November, where a 13-year-old girl alleged that Solberg raped her two years prior. During a forensic interview, the girl said that Solberg picked her up and took her to his house while his wife was away. After giving her methamphetamine and shooting it into her foot, he allegedly raped her for six hours before apologizing and telling her not to tell anyone. The girl decided to report the incident because she knew it was wrong and didn’t want it to happen to anyone else. Solberg’s pre-trial is scheduled for July 2nd.
