Man in Mandan Quadruple Murders Charged with Four Counts of Murder

MANDAN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Formal charges of four counts of Murder have been filed against Chad Isaak of Washburn, North Dakota in connection with the deaths of 4 people at RJR Management in Mandan Monday. Court documents outline details in the case. Isaak made his initial court appearance. Bail was set at $1,000,000 cash.
formal charges have now been filed against 44 year-old Chad Isaac in connection with Monday’s shooting and stabbing deaths of four people at RJR maintenance and management in Mandan Isaac has been charged with four class double-a felony counts of murder each of the charges carries a maximum sentence of life in prison according to the criminal complaint surveillance video shows Isaac at the murder scene and the investigation led to Washburn where Isaac has a chiropractor’s office on Main Street and lived in a trailer park operated by RJR maintenance and management according to court records here’s what authorities found when Isaac was pulled over on a traffic stop and arrested Thursday night in Washburn quote a search was conducted on the vehicle after a search warrant was obtained while processing the vehicle a substance which is consistent with blood was located in the vicinity of where the driver was seated a test was conducted on the substance and it presumptively tested positive for human blood blood was located on the rear passenger side door and near the driver’s side seat belt your affidavit was provided that Isaac had been traveling to and from his residence search warrants were obtained for Isaac’s person residents and business a search of Isaac’s person and clothing resulted in locating bright colored fibers consistent with the fibers located in Isaac’s Ford truck Isaac had injuries to both his left and right knees which were documented and photographed law enforcement executed a search warrant at Isaac’s residence at North View Estates a 312 North you drive Washburn during the search of the resident a consistent smell of chlorine bleach was found in the front entrance area bathroom areas and other areas of the home while entering the home a pair of black gloves were placed on a stand and appeared to be drying these gloves were wet and had an odor of chlorine bleach coming from them the hallway bathroom area had a bottle of cleaning solution in the shower area with the odor of chlorine bleach also coming from that area the washer and dryer that was located in the front entrance area was searched the clothing located in the dryer was a orange fleece jacket dark pants and black shoes an orange reversible face mask that was camouflage on the reverse side was also Lake located these clothes clothing items were consistent with the clothing that the suspect was wearing on the day of the attack at our J our management video from RJ our management and video from businesses along Memorial Highway were reviewed and the clothing was consistent from the various videos other clothing items were located in the washer included a dark clothing and a knife the clothing and the knife had the odor of chlorine bleach coming from them the knife had an orange handle with the tip of the blade being bent numerous firearms were located at the residence an empty Ruger of revolver style handgun was a found a handgun box was found with no firearm a receipt was located in the box that was dated for the day prior from the Walmart in Bismarck there were different types of ammunition located at the residence including 38 caliber rounds the 38 caliber rounds were consistent with the rounds removed from the victim’s injuries it is believed that the that a total of nine rounds were fired at the victim during victims during the attack during a search of the hallway bedroom a white sock was located with the plastic bag inside inside the plastic bag Lauren law enforcement located nine spent shell casings consistent with the number of rounds fired at the attack while searching the residence an employee business card for RF in 1967 was located while searching the freezer in the kitchen the base of the handgun was located in a Tupperware dish with had the scent of chlorine bleach coming from it portions of the trigger mechanism and firearm were removed from the firearm it is believed the firearm was a revolver style handgun unquote that was from the criminal complaint filed against a Chad Isaac no word as to possible motive in these documents I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
