the 37-year-old john jennings of rigby idaho has been charged with raping a woman outside a bemidji bar according to court records on the night of july 25th officers responded to the corner bar in bemidji after a witness called in a sexual assault witnesses reported jennings had the female victim pinned face down in the grass next to a bush by the parking lot with jennings having sex with the victim witnesses reported the victim was screaming and crying and witnesses told jennings to get off her but he would not the victim stated she just met him they’d been drinking and she believed they may have gone outside to have a cigarette and thought jennings was going to walk her home she stated that once they were in the grassy area of the parking lot jennings became forceful and made her remove her clothing and forced penetration jennings who was from idaho was staying at a bemidji hotel when asked by law enforcement what he was doing in bemidji he stated he was in bemidji getting drunk jennings has a criminal history in the states of texas wyoming kansas alaska utah and idaho and now minnesota where he’s been charged with felony criminal sexual conduct third degree forcer coercion it’s a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
