Man in Baudette Charged with Sexual Assault

BAUDETTE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Baudette man is facing Sexual Assault charges.
28 year old Cole suddenov Baudette has been charged with first and third degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to an alleged New Year’s Day a sexual assault according to the criminal complaint the victim who stayed up late celebrating New Year with her friends and family went to bed at 6 a.m the victim told investigators that she woke up twice and both times found surgeon in her bed he at one point he tried to remove her pants and she told him no uh the victim told the investigator she barely knew such an and considered him an acquaintance after she escaped and got help from her family a relative went into her room and told the sergeant to leave as he was leaving such and told the victim’s family member he was sorry in that he never finished what he started doing following the assault the victim was examined by his sexual assault nurse who found injuries consistent with a sexual assault according to the criminal complaint I’m Neil Berg reporting for the northernlightregion.com
