Man from Wyndmere, North Dakota Charged with Drug Trafficking

RICHLAND COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Wyndmere, North Dakota man is facing a drug trafficking charge.
Brandon utke of weinmer North Dakota is facing a drug trafficking charge according to court records on February 25th he was pulled over in Richland County near County Road 1 and 88th Street Southeast uh by a North Dakota Trooper a trooper made contact with the defendant as he was pulled over with no lights on and being assisted by another driver when the trooper approached he observed what appeared to be a meth pipe on upkey’s lap it was also determined utke had warrants out of Richland and Cass counties the defendant was detained in his vehicle search during the search the trooper found items believed to be used for the distribution of meth including but not limited to Ziploc baggies Ziploc baggies with residue a scale and residue a baggie with meth and a container with meth the trooper Trooper also found indications of drug sales on his as a cell phone Brandon utke has been charged with felony possession of meth with intent to deliver I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
