Man from Watford City Arrested for the Death of 6-Year-Old Boy

WATFORD CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Watford City, North Dakota man is now facing a criminal charge, after striking and killing a 6-year old boy who was riding his bicycle in that town Saturday evening.
19 year old Julian Montoya of Watford City has now been charged with felony and negligent homicide after driving a pickup that struck and killed a six-year-old in the parking lot of apartment complex in Watford City Saturday evening her six-year-old child who’s been struck by a vehicle the patrol says Montoya was driving a Toyota pickup in the parking lot of an apartment complex came around a section of garages and struck the juvenile male who was riding his bicycle in the area the boy was pronounced deceased at the scene the charge of negligent homicide is a class C felony that carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. If a kid pulls out in front of a vehicle and gets killed, the driver should not be going to jail! The driver will already have to live with this the rest of his life and should not be punished further unless the driver was at fault!
