Man from Grafton Charged with Felonious Restraint

GRAFTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grafton, North Dakota man is facing criminal charges, after allegedly keeping a female victim from leaving their home.
58-year-old Ernesto agular of Grafton is
facing a felony charge of felonious
restraint and misdemeanors of domestic
violence in possession of drug
paraphernalia meth according to court
documents police responded to a Grafton
residence on January 3rd when police
arrived they heard a struggle police saw
agular with his arm around the victim
pulling her into a laundry room when
they arrived an officer pulled a taser
an agular let her go and was arrested
the victim reported he wouldn’t let her
leave the house for a couple of days and
threatened to burn the house down police
say agular had a straw with apparent
