Andrew Tyler Spiegel of Fargo has been charged with felony unlawful entry into vehicle and misdemeanor theft to property Accord court documents on March 18th at 10:52 p.m. police responded to a Fargo apartment building a witness reported spel had entered a vehicle Spiegel was arrested at the scene allegedly in possession of items taken from the vehicle glasses a knife a watch a lighter and other small items Spiegel stated to police he did nothing legal he was just walking home from a friend’s house I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
