Here's the problem, by the time we see reports on INewZ TV, the people involve have lengthy criminal records. Obviously this is generally speaking but it pertains to the majority. Judges need to lay the hammer down hard on first offences and society need to build more jails, to hold criminals. There is no helping people that want to set other people on fire.
