I heard about this a little bit after i moved away from Velva to Minot. This is awful.

In 2017 I was attacked in a local motel 🏨 Velva by guy with bracelets knuckles he threatened me at the bar i think it’s the same bar here look familiar not sure if in Velva 1000 people population they have more bars and motels well guy forced him self in my motel room after threatening me in front on the bar staff manager and bartenders and about 100 women, we did dance show there .
Guy “Johny Ho” sneaky Vietnamese guy got in my room punched me with bracelet knuckles i got concussion passed out , woke up with huge bumps on my face and back of my head !!! Broke my skull 💀 eye socket back of my head , nose, 4 tooth, ribs , he had to keep hitting me several times when I was already in concussion passed out !!!
This freaking shady loser coward had a green light by Velva ND cops to do it again he wants because for an attempt murder with deadly weapons he got absolutely nothing no charge no jail time nothing!!! Cop 👮 told him to go back to his room after i woke up and call the 911 he went sleep it was like midnight and I went to hospital 🏥 ER $5000 bill for CT scan of my swollen brain 🧠 couldn’t see my eyes were swollen and back of my head like big tennis 🎾 ball, was bleeding from both eyes , nose , mouth!! He tried to kill me and was telling me that 2 weeks on tour !!! He was new member of our group my boss hired him just meeting him in a gym in Huntington beach ca Johnny the coward lives in Stanton CA .
Now 7 years later I paid over $100 000 on medical bills and whole 2017 I did not work and was going to my primary doctor, eye doctor, dentist and developed PTSD because no one helped him the COPS AND WICTIM WITNESS helped him. He is still working at the same dance group he assaulted me ! Didn’t pay a dime nothing!
I had to fly back home to Hawaii straight from ER hospital 🏥 because I wasn’t safe there was guy who tried to kill me in motel i was staying ! So he went sleep while i waited 1am to 8 am in empty Velva airport to go home with my injuries!! $700 one way flight last minute, 4 lay overs the pressure in the plane ✈️ caused my eyes nose bleed 🩸. I couldn’t rest my head because had bump size of tennis 🎾 ball from bracelet knuckle!
I was calling and writing to velva police and victim whiteness judge 👩⚖️ of Velva county after 4 months back and forth I was told:
IT WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS COST TO VELVA COUNTY TO EXTRADITE JOHNY HO FROM CALIFORNIA “ and because I can’t press charges the law in Velva is the county press charges so he would not get even jail time only like probation so id spend 1 year flying to ND to fight the case and would not get anything reasonable accomplished…
This is the law system!!! Called attorneys in ND, CA, HI no one wanted to help . Sent letters to superior court and his town sheriff office. They said out of their restrictions…
So you tell me , WHAT A NORMAL PERSON CAN DO IF IS ABOUT TO GET KILED THE COPS HAS ALL THE EVIDENCE HE GOT MY BLOOD ON HIS HANDS THERE WERE OVER 20 Witnesses from the bar my manager-and coworkers multiple threats by him and nothing was done 0 !!!!
Sometimes I think Johnny had to pay the cop off gave him the 2 week tour money or promised something not get arrested! But this guy has an anger issue wanted to fight every time this guy Johnny Ho needs to get arrested for what he’ve done !
