Police in Hibbing found a 38-year-old man lying in the roadway on Monday morning, with a four-wheeler nearby. Officers reported that the rider was not breathing when they arrived. Despite performing life-saving measures, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
