William Charles Hawk of Morehead has been charged with felony domestic assault by strangulation according to court documents on December 27th police were dispatched to a domestic at a Morehead residence police reported the female victim had blood in her hair and on her nose she reported it started with a breakup argument and Hawk allegedly choking her until she lost Consciousness she stated she woke up to Hawk freaking out and calling 911 on himself I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
