Man Charged with 7 Counts of Terrorizing Released Tonight

VALLEY CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fingal, North Dakota man, who was charged with 7 counts of Terrorizing is apparently back on the streets tonight.
William Holloway address listed as Fingal North Dakota is facing seven felony counts of terrorizing out of Barnes County following his arrest in Valley City according to court documents on November 8th a Valley City police officer spotted him at bridges carwash and knew he was wanted on an outstanding warrant when the officer approached him Holloway allegedly made several comments including quote don’t you have anything better to do and also that is why my favorite officer is an officer down unquote referring to an officer killed in action Holloway was handcuffed and put into the squad car but Barnes County Corrections refused to take him because of his demeanor so the officer started heading to Stutsman County corrections in Jamestown and Holloway stated I’m not going to go to Stutzman you will have to put me you will have to fight me out of the car I guarantee I will kick you so hard you won’t be able to spell your own name unquote then he started kicking a window in the squad car and another officer was called to help shackle his legs then Holloway began hitting his head against the window in the squad car finally after Holloway was secured they began traveling to Stutsman County corrections in Jamestown and holloway continued to make threats saying it would be a crying shame if one of the cops that works in Valley City comes out of their house and beat with a baseball bat he also stated to the officer that if he saw him in public he would pay someone $1000 to assault him however William Holloway was booked into the Stutsman County Jail and charged with seven felony counts of terrorizing but on this Wednesday evening he’s apparently back on the streets after making his initial court appearance with a promise to appear for his next court hearing in January I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
