we have new information regarding that deadly vehicle pedestrian accident here on a gravel road a couple miles southwest of Drayton North Dakota at 1:00 a.m. this Wednesday morning the Pembina County Sheriff’s Office says they received a 911 identified by the Highway Patrol as 21 year old hunter hat law of Drayton who reported he was driving on the grout this gravel road when he saw a male appear on the roadway and point a gun at his vehicle the man with the gun is identified as Matthew Hilton Hilton was arrested for terrorizing however the Highway Patrol says when hat LOI swerved to miss Hilton he struck 44 year-old cami Leland of Drayton who was also standing on the road here’s a 911 immediately following that accident Stream ambulance Moreland more assistance is needed at met Hilton residence 1 586 79th Street northeast for an unresponsive female CPR is in progress no charges have been filed against the driver a hunter hat Lloyd and while Matthew Hilton is currently being held on a terrorizing charge we should have much more information on this case if and when formal charges are filed against Hilton on Thursday I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
