CLAY COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A man is in custody after fleeing Clay County sheriff’s deputies in a stolen vehicle on Saturday morning. Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle in North Moorhead around 3:00 a.m. The driver fled, and a PIT maneuver was used to stop the car. The driver, identified as 18-year-old Zimry Rutingabo, fled on foot but was quickly arrested.
