Man Arrested in Cass Lake, MN for Fatal Stabbing

one man has been arrested following a stabbing death in cass county minnesota this from cass county sheriff tom bursch who reports that on may 14th at 9 35 pm they received a report of a medical situation at a residence on waboos trail northwest in pike bay township in rural cass lake minnesota deputies arrived on scene and learned that a victim was suffering from a stab wound and immediately initiated initiated first aid and life-saving efforts the victim a male age 19 of cass lake minnesota was transported via ambulance to cass lake indian health services where additional life-saving efforts were performed and he was later pronounced deceased an investigation was initiated and a suspect was identified the suspect a male age 34 was taken into custody and was also treated for medical needs with formal charges pending the investigation is ongoing names are being withheld at this time pending notification of family members assisting at the scene we’re leech lake tribal police leech lake ambulance in minnesota bureau of criminal apprehension i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
