Man Arrested for Causing Death of 3 Individuals in Car Accident at Spirit Lake Nation

ST. MICHAEL, ND (TRF News.,TV) A St. Michael, North Dakota man is now facing criminal charges in connection to an August 11th crash that killed 3 people.
acting u.s attorney nick chase has announced a federal grand jury has indicted 18 year old winter big track 18 of st michael north dakota on three counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury in connection to an august 11th crash on the spirit lake reservation the indictment alleges that on august 11 winter big track operated a motor vehicle on hart road on the spirit lake reservation that left the roadway and rolled the crash involved another vehicle as a result of the rollover three of the five occupants of the vehicle died 22 year old nino mendes 16 year old maya damares and 15 year old kivon a feather a fifth passenger another female miner suffered injuries that required her to be transported to fargo for intensive care treatment big track suffered a broken collarbone the occupants of a second vehicle involved in the crash received minor injuries further investigation revealed big track was driving without a license exceeding the posted speed limit and passing in a no passing zone while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and a controlled substance the case is being investigated by the federal bureau of investigation bureau of indian affairs north dakota highway patrol and the case is being prosecuted by the united states attorney’s office with assistant u.s attorney laurie conroy assigned to the case i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv

  1. Find his booze and drug suppliers and charge them for murder too….. too many unlicensed drivers on the roads.. GET THEM ALL.. hopefully Bigtrack gets lots of time.. YEARS … to think about his stupidity
