46-year-old kenneth langley of hallock minnesota is facing a string of charges after allegedly threatening to shoot the police chief and another man according to court records on february 21st kitson county sheriff’s department investigated a complaint from a woman who was allegedly receiving threatening texts from kenneth langley who wound up being pulled over and arrested in hallock after he also allegedly sent text messages threatening to harm one man and put a bullet in the halakka police chief the officer reported langley smelled of alcohol had poor balance and his initial breath sample was 0.146 it all led to a search of langley storage locker and residence in halock where ammunition and meth were allegedly found kenneth langley has been charged with felony controlled substance crime meth two counts of felony threats of violence two gross misdemeanor charges of dwi and refusal and a misdemeanor criminal contempt charge
