North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Nine individuals, including two from Audubon, have been indicted in a sweeping methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy with reported ties to the Almighty Latin King Nation criminal gang. The arrests followed a May 15 multi-state law enforcement operation, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Jennifer Klemetsrud Puhl.

All defendants face up to life in prison with a mandatory minimum of 10 years if convicted.
This is part of Operation Crown Down, an OCDETF-led investigation targeting high-level drug traffickers and organized crime networks across multiple states. The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew P. Kopp.
