Major Drug Bust: 9 Indicted in Multi-State Meth Conspiracy Tied to Latin King Gang | trfnews.i234.me

North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me)Nine individuals, including two from Audubon, have been indicted in a sweeping methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy with reported ties to the Almighty Latin King Nation criminal gang. The arrests followed a May 15 multi-state law enforcement operation, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Jennifer Klemetsrud Puhl.

Indicted Defendants:

  • Ricardo Jaquez, 46, Oakes, ND

  • Israel David Flores (a.k.a. Izzy), 45, Audubon

  • Michelle Lee Fuller, 38, Audubon

  • Jose Manuel Jaquez (a.k.a. Cash), 36, Oakes, ND

  • Jacob Edward Lambert, 37, Oakes, ND

  • Ashley Marie Bleecker, 40, Belcourt, ND

  • Alfredo Hernandez Jaquez (a.k.a. Freddy), 47, Wells, MN

  • Wesley Wayne Tolleson, 37, Wells, MN

  • Jason Leonard Gulden, 44, Aberdeen, SD

All defendants face up to life in prison with a mandatory minimum of 10 years if convicted.

This is part of Operation Crown Down, an OCDETF-led investigation targeting high-level drug traffickers and organized crime networks across multiple states. The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew P. Kopp.
