Clearwater County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Mahnomen woman is facing serious charges after allegedly driving under the influence of LSD and being found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
On June 13, 2025, Clearwater County authorities responded to a report of a maroon Impala left running in a traffic lane near Clearbrook. Officers located Triniti Lee Arthur, 28, walking nearby and noted signs of drug impairment. She admitted the car was recently bought by her father. Though she initially agreed to wait for a ride, she was soon spotted driving again, passed out behind the wheel on Highway 92.
Arthur admitted to using marijuana and acid (LSD). She also attempted to walk away and stepped into oncoming traffic, leading officers to arrest her for suspected DWI. During booking, a meth pipe was found in her clothing.
Arthur now faces a gross misdemeanor charge of Third-Degree Driving While Impaired, enhanced by a prior DWI conviction from September 2024.
