FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A 45-year-old Perham, Minnesota man named Jamie Frazee has been charged with felony terrorizing after being accused of holding a woman against her will and threatening to kill her at a Fargo hotel.
According to court records, police responded to the hotel last week where the woman reported that Frazee had taken her phone, keys, purse, and SUV, leaving her in the room. The two had been dating but broke up a month ago after meeting in Fargo.
The woman stated that when she told Frazee she was going home, he “flipped” and began driving around Fargo with her. She claimed that Frazee tried to put a cigarette out on her face and held a knife to her throat about six times during the ordeal.
Frazee used the woman’s credit card to book another night at the hotel, where she was physically forced to stay with him, take a shower while he watched, and told her he wanted to kill and dismember her. The woman reported having a red mark on her cheek from Frazee trying to burn her with a cigarette and a knot on her forehead from being hit by her own cell phone.
Frazee denied any physical altercation occurred between them. However, officers found a knife in the SUV matching the description of the one used during the alleged attack.
As a result, Frazee is currently being held in the Cass County jail.
