GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Lois Pagnac, 80, East Grand Forks, formerly Stephen, Minn., died Saturday, Oct. 5, in Altru Hospital.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 11, at Red River Lutheran Church near Kennedy, Minn. Interment will be in Stephen Cemetery.
