Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A lockdown at Essentia Health on 32nd Avenue in Fargo early Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Moorhead man now facing terrorizing charges.
At approximately 7:34 a.m., Fargo Police received a report of a threatening phone call made to the medical facility. Out of an abundance of caution, Essentia Health activated its lockdown protocols while officers began their investigation.
Police were able to trace the call to a Moorhead residence and identified the suspect as Jerome Lampley, 57.
Fargo Police then coordinated with Moorhead authorities, leading to Lampley’s arrest. He has been booked into the Cass County Jail on terrorizing charges.
No injuries were reported, and authorities have confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public.
