- Kash Michael Quam, 21, from Thief River Falls, was charged with third-degree refusal to submit to a breath test. He received a $615 fine, 364 days in jail stayed for two years, and probation for two years, with recommended treatment and aftercare. Charges of obstruction of the legal process and fourth-degree assault of a peace officer were dismissed.
- Tanner Wayne Anderson, 24, from Roseau, faced a driving after suspension charge, with the charge of failure to provide insurance later dismissed.
- Graham Alan Burstad, 38, from Thief River Falls, received a $115 fine for expired registration.
- Edwin Enrique Fonseca Declet, 35, from Thief River Falls, faced disorderly conduct charges and was fined $210 with 10 days in jail stayed for six months, with a dismissed charge of domestic assault.
