The Savage Police Department is holding a Wednesday afternoon news conference to provide an update on the infant death at Rocking Horse Ranch day care. Authorities say they’ve made an arrest. Savage Mayor Christine Kelly, Police Chief Brady Juell and Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar are expected to speak at the news conference.
