Bottineau County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — Noah Lee Forrest of Linton, North Dakota, is facing seven felony charges following allegations of inappropriate contact with a girl under the age of 15 in Bottineau County in 2024.
According to court documents, the victim reported meeting Forrest via TikTok and stated they stayed together at a Bottineau motel in June 2024. She admitted to physical contact, including touching, hugging, and kissing, but denied any sexual relations. The victim also mentioned that they exchanged nude photographs through Snapchat, although she did not save any images.
Investigators recovered text messages, photos, and videos from Forrest’s phone. As a result, Forrest has been charged with:

Three counts of Gross Sexual Imposition – Sexual Contact with a Victim Under 15

Two counts of Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited

One count of Solicitation of a Minor

One additional count related to the above offenses
