JAMESTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A man and woman involved in an early Wednesday shooting incident in Jamestown, North Dakota are now each facing a charged of Aggravated Assault. Terryl Getz allegedly shot Jeffery Nokleby in arm and Nokleby was allegedly assaulting her before the shooting.
we have an update regarding a shooting incident in Jamestown North Dakota around 5 30 a.m on Wednesday both people involved are now facing charges of aggravated assault Terrell gets for allegedly shooting a knuckleby in the arm and knuckleby is facing the aggravated assault charge for allegedly physically assaulting gets before the shooting reading from the criminal complaint quote officers arrived on scene and made contact with the residents Terrell gets and Jeffrey nockleby gets admitted to officers on scene she had shot knuckleby by accident she meant to shoot the table near where a knuckleberry was but missed and shot him in the arm knuckleby was transported to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center by ambulance Getz was interviewed at the law enforcement center get said earlier in the night knuckleby left the house by taxi to go downtown to the bar around 1 30 a.m knuckleby contacted her asking her to come pick him up from the bar Getz went and picked him up on the way home knuckleby started to physically assault gets by hitting her in the face and chest when they arrived back at 9 19 4th Avenue Northeast the physical assaults continued both gets a knock will be sat down on the couch but knuckleby kept assaulting her by hitting and slapping her Getz got up walked to a bedroom where she kept the loaded handgun under the bed gets retrieved the handgun walked back out to the room where a knucklebee was knuckleby made some comments gets fired one round into the ceiling near where knuckleberry was sitting she fired a second round at the table near knuckleby but missed the table and struck knuckleby in the arm I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
