here’s a look at recent felony charges across northwest minnesota in roseau county district court 24 year old brandy addison of badger has been charged with felony assault felony threats of violence and misdemeanor domestic assault according to court documents on july 19 a roseau deputy responded to a domestic situation in badger addison allegedly tried to hit the male victim then pointed a loaded 22 caliber handgun at him and told him to get on his knees she then threw the gun and walked away and was arrested later and also in roseau county court 29 year old austin shell of roseau has been charged with felony domestic assault and felony domestic assault by strangulation according to court documents on july 12th he allegedly assaulted the female victim in a bathroom and then choked her while holding her by the neck at the edge of the bathtub and pouring glasses of water on her face a shell has two prior domestic violence related offenses and in marshall county district court in warren shane polowski 37 of argyle has been charged with two counts of felony assault with a dangerous weapon a vehicle and two counts of felony first degree damage to property and two misdemeanors of assault and theft according to court documents on july 15 a female reported polowsky allegedly tried to run her and a friend’s vehicle off the road and he struck her vehicle several times at high speed pawlowski gave a statement which says in part that he was simply trying to get his stuff back i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
