here’s a look at recent felony charges across northwest minnesota in monoman county district court 53 year old lawrence domino of white earth has been charged with felony fleeing a peace officer and gross misdemeanor two counts of dwi according to court documents on october 29th a white earth officer tried to pull him over for speeding domino allegedly took off at speeds reaching 95 miles per hour traveling through manomen and crashing into a power pole south of town domino has a very long list of driving violation convictions and in polk county 28 year old jason gornio of east grand forks has been charged with the felony first degree sale of a controlled substance math possession of meth uh failure to a fix a tax stamp and possession of methane a prohibited zone on october 29th a border patrol agent spotted him at an east grand forks gas station and it reported degorno appeared to be under the influence and drove away with a small child he was then pulled over by east grand forks police for not having a valid driver’s license uh gorno was found in possession of needles pipes and allegedly 28 grams of meth it led to a search of his east grand forks apartment where officers found and another 2.4 grams of meth and 33 year old derrick arlen ostlund of east grand forks has been charged with felony third degree criminal sexual conduct penetration victim under 14. according to court records in july of 2020 he sexually penetrated a juvenile male who was under the age of 14 in east grand forks the charge carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and in roseau county district court 39 year old bradley custer of war road is facing four felony counts of burglary assault threats of violence and domestic assault by strangulation according to court records the female victim reported she was sleeping on her couch in war road when custer came into her home uninvited pointing a gun at her uh he then allegedly threw her on the floor and had his forearm forearms across her neck restricting her breathing she broke free grabbed a glass and threw at him threw it at him custer told her he was there for the 45 dollars the victim’s friend owed and in beltrami county district court 27 year old kyle zelmer of bemidji has been charged with felony terroristic threats and misdemeanor domestic assault according to court documents on october 30th at 2 15 am a law enforcement responded to a report of a man holding a woman down on the ground the female victim reported zelmer had stated quote if you don’t stop screaming i’ll slit your throat unquote the victim reported zelmer threatened to murder her about 20 times i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
