MANDAN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A serious incident unfolded at the Broken Oar Bar along the Missouri River in Mandan, North Dakota, late Friday night. At 11:36 p.m., emergency services responded to a report of an assault at the popular riverside establishment.
The victim was knocked to the ground, hitting their head hard enough to necessitate CPR. Emergency units, including 6255 and Engine 21, were dispatched to 4744 Pil Loop Southeast. The situation was dire as first responders arrived on the scene and initiated life-saving measures.
