Langdon, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Kensi Ann Breyer, who previously managed the Cavalier County Water Resource Board office at the courthouse in Langdon, is now facing serious legal allegations. According to court documents, Breyer has been charged with two felony counts: misapplication of entrusted property and tampering with public records.
Between January 2020 and August 2024, Breyer allegedly diverted approximately $48,770 from the Water Resource Board’s funds to pay her personal Blue Cross insurance premiums. Furthermore, she is accused of making false entries in the board’s financial records and submitting these falsified documents to the county auditor.
These charges are classified as felonies, each carrying significant legal consequences. Breyer is expected to appear in court at the same courthouse where she once worked.
