LANGDON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Langdon, North Dakota man has been sentenced to one year in prison, with credit for 189 days already served, after pleading guilty to five counts of possessing child pornography.
Jeremy J. Leno, the defendant, reached a plea agreement that also includes a three-year probation period.
The charges stem from the discovery of illegal images on Leno’s phone last winter.
