Kuwaiti National Arrested in Minnesota for Visa Overstay and False U.S. Citizenship Claim

Lake of the Woods County (trfnews.i234.me) A Kuwaiti national has been arrested in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota, after allegedly overstaying his visa and falsely asserting U.S. citizenship. The arrest was carried out by agents from the U.S. Border Patrol’s Warroad Station in collaboration with the Lake of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities report that the man will face prosecution for willfully and falsely representing himself as a U.S. citizen. During the arrest, the vehicle he was operating was seized. Images released by the Border Patrol show a motorcycle inside the vehicle.
