Karlstad (trfnews.i234.me) – As the music blared and crowds partied at the annual country music festival in Karlstad, Minnesota, one man was allegedly conducting his own dirty business.

According to court documents, on the night of June 13th, Josh L. Horak of Iron, Minnesota, drove up to the festival gate in a pumper truck used to service porta-potties. Claiming he had an emergency to fix, Horak convinced the security guard to let him through. The guard assumed he was with the owner’s crew and allowed him to leave — a moment all captured on security video.

But the situation quickly unraveled. The truck was later found in Lancaster, Minnesota, caught on Ring doorbell footage. It had visible damage and several missing items.

Now, Horak is facing serious charges:

  • Felony theft of a motor vehicle valued at $50,000

  • Felony theft of property inside the truck

  • Misdemeanor criminal damage to property

Authorities have arrested Horak, and he is now facing a pair of felony charges stemming from this bizarre porta-potty truck caper.
