Kathio Township, Mille Lacs County (trfnews.i234.me) — A crash near Grand Casino Mille Lacs left two people injured Monday morning, March 10, 2025. Authorities report that a Ford Bronco, driven by 53-year-old Sean Mark Quigley of Aitkin, was traveling southbound on Highway 169 when a Nissan Titan, driven by 24-year-old Wyatt Lee Oswaldson of Onamia, entered the intersection from Casino Drive attempting to turn northbound.
The Ford struck the Nissan as it was entering Highway 169. Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Quigley was transported to Riverwood Hospital in Aitkin, while Oswaldson was treated on scene and released.
The Mille Lacs Tribal Police and Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
