Kanabec County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Phillip Garth Decasper, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Decasper, born on December 2, 1968, was last released from custody on February 26, 2020, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of June 24, 2022.
Decasper was originally sentenced on July 8, 2013, in Kanabec County for criminal sexual conduct, under court file number 33-CR-07-676. His case is being handled by Agent Tony Orozco, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
