PEACE TOWNSHIP, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – A 32-year-old man from Mora, Minnesota, was killed late Saturday night, July 5, following a fatal crash on Highway 65 near 310th Avenue in Kanabec County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the incident occurred at 10:57 p.m. when a 2010 Ford Escape, driven by Archer Marren Schroeder, 18, also of Mora, collided with the right side of an SSR Terminator—a three-wheeled vehicle—while both were northbound.

The driver of the SSR Terminator, Richard James Duffee, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet, and the airbag data was not applicable for the vehicle.

Archer Schroeder was uninjured and was wearing a seat belt. Alcohol involvement remains unknown.

Agencies on scene included the Kanabec County Sheriff’s Office and Wellia EMS.
