FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – A man suspected of breaking into a north Fargo home early this morning was tracked down by a K-9 unit south of NDSU. Police say 49-year-old Jason Giemza of Fargo broke a window and attempted to steal property from a home in the 900 block of College Street North around 2 a.m. Officers initiated a brief foot chase but were unable to catch him. They then set up a perimeter and launched a K-9 track, which led them to Giemza in Johnson Park. He was taken into custody for burglary, preventing arrest, and refusal to halt.
