Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities have arrested Jose Angel Deleon, born April 16, 1982, on March 3, 2025, for contempt of court after allegedly willfully disobeying a court mandate.
According to Minnesota Statute 588.20.2(4), contempt of court is classified as a misdemeanor offense and applies when an individual fails to comply with a direct order from the court. Such violations can lead to fines, additional legal consequences, or even extended jail time, depending on the circumstances.
