JAMESTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Jamestown man is facing a very serious sex charge for allegedly raping a woman he was dating.
Corwin Tyler Deacon of Jamestown is facing a very serious sex charge for an alleged incident April 19th at a camper trailer park along the Jamestown dam just north of the city according to court documents the female victim stated to police that she had been dating deacon for a few weeks she said she needed to get away from him but has no means to do it she said that on the night she was sexually assaulted they were at a bar all night and they arrived at their camper around 3 or 4 a.m. she said Deacon was very intoxicated she stated they had consensual sex and when they were done she got dressed and tried to go to sleep she says a little bit later Deacon wanted to have sex again and she said no she says she tried to push him off and told him she didn’t want it she says Deacon pulled off her clothes and had sex with her Corwin Deacon has now been charged with gross sexual imposition it’s a class double a felony that carries a maximum sentence of up to life in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
