JAMESTOWN, N.D. — A Jamestown, North Dakota woman is facing two felony aggravated assault charges after two alleged attacks on the same victim within days.
Court documents allege Tania M. Angeles struck her father in the head on Tuesday, December 31, 2025. The documents say she hit him about a half-dozen times with a cane.
Prosecutors allege the victim suffered multiple head cuts. The injuries reportedly required stitches and/or staples.
Second alleged assault after release
Charging documents say Angeles was released from jail after the first incident. Court records allege she attacked the same victim again on Thursday, January 2, 2026.
This time, prosecutors allege she used a frying pan. The documents say the strike caused injury to an area that had already been stapled shut.
