Jamestown (trfnews.i234.me) – A Jamestown man is now facing serious criminal charges after a violent early-morning assault that left a victim unconscious.
According to court documents, police were dispatched at 5:11 a.m. on June 22nd to an alley in the 100 block of 7th Street Northwest in Jamestown. A male victim reported that a confrontation broke out after Timothy A. Ost allegedly threw a glass bottle into the street.
The situation quickly escalated. The victim claims Ost pulled a knife, threatened him, and then choked him to the point of unconsciousness. Officers observed injuries consistent with the report.
